Special Requirements

Kaia Spec understands that businesses and organizations may have their own procurement, security, legal, technical, or delivery requirements.

If your organization has specific requirements that may affect the purchase, delivery, installation, or use of a Kaia Spec product, please contact Kaia Spec before purchase.

Where reasonably possible, Kaia Spec will work with your organization’s existing processes and requirements rather than requiring them to be replaced.

Requirements involving security reviews, confidentiality, data protection, service levels, or other business procedures may also be supported by the relevant resources available in the Trust Center.

Any additional work, customization, integration, documentation, or other requirements outside the standard product offering will be discussed separately before they are accepted.

Where additional fees or conditions apply, they will be communicated and agreed upon before the applicable work begins.
