Delivery

Kaia Spec products purchased directly are delivered electronically after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

Products are normally provided as a ZIP file by email or through another appropriate electronic delivery method.

If your organization requires a specific delivery method, please contact Kaia Spec before purchase. Where reasonably possible, Kaia Spec will accommodate the requested delivery process.

Any product-specific installation instructions, documentation, or other included materials will be provided with the applicable product where available.

Delivery timing or any transaction-specific delivery conditions will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or other purchasing communication where necessary.

If delivery cannot be completed using the originally agreed method, Kaia Spec will contact the purchaser to arrange an appropriate alternative.
