Data Processing Agreement

At Kaia Spec, we treat the data entrusted to us as an important asset belonging to our clients.

Any data provided to us is used only for the purpose of delivering the requested service and is never used for unrelated business purposes.

Access to entrusted data is limited to personnel who require it for their work, and all data is handled under appropriate security controls.

Depending on the nature of the service, we may use AI services or trusted third-party services when necessary. In such cases, data is processed only to the extent required for the requested work and is handled with appropriate care.

Unless retention is required by law or by contract, entrusted data will be securely deleted or disposed of once the work has been completed or is no longer required.
