Service Level Agreement

Kaia Spec products are designed to create a dedicated working environment between people and AI.

Our products are not intended simply to provide more knowledge to AI.

Instead, they are designed to establish a shared working context where people and AI can collaborate with less ambiguity and greater consistency.

Each product defines its own intended scope, assumptions, workflow, and operating conditions so the AI can focus on a specific purpose.

The expected behavior and consistency of the AI apply only while the defined scope, assumptions, and supported environment remain valid.

For the best experience, conversations should remain focused on the intended purpose of the product. Introducing unrelated topics or changing the working context may reduce the expected consistency.

Some products may allow the AI to retrieve current information from official or trusted sources when necessary. However, the AI is expected to continue operating within the scope defined by the product.

Changes to AI models, third-party services, or other factors outside the control of Kaia Spec may affect the expected results.

Kaia Spec continuously improves its products and documentation as AI technology evolves.
