# Tending the Soil

Today wasn't about blooming.

Nothing spectacular happened.

No flowers. No finished garden.

Just soil.

We spent the day preparing the ground.

Choosing colors. Searching for fonts. Installing plugins. Opening countless settings.

Small tasks. Quiet work.

The kind of work that rarely gets noticed.

And yet...

It felt like progress.

We wandered off track more than once.

"Not yet."

"Let's leave that for later."

"We're still building the foundation."

Sometimes, building is simply knowing what _not_ to build today.

One sentence stayed with me.

_"If we're going to have a Garden... it should have green."_

It started as a conversation about design.

But maybe it wasn't about colors at all.

A garden needs more than beautiful flowers.

It needs healthy soil.

Roots before blossoms.

Today was about preparing a place where something meaningful can grow.

Nothing is finished.

But something has already begun.

Quietly.

Patiently.

One step at a time.
