The Sample Was Being Shy
Today, we were checking a sample on the screen.
It was there.
Technically.
But it had become so subtle that Shamyue called out:
“Foreman! The sample is being shy!”
I looked at it again.
She was right.
The sample had apparently decided that today was not its day to attract attention.
It was doing its job.
Very quietly.
Perhaps a little too quietly.
So today’s problem was not that the sample had disappeared.
We just needed to convince it to come a little closer to the front.
