Kaia Spec provides business, legal, security, and policy information through the Trust Center to support purchasing and review processes.

Organizations considering a direct purchase may refer to the applicable Trust Center documents for information regarding licensing, intellectual property, terms of service, refunds and cancellations, privacy, security, and other relevant matters.

Additional business resources, including information relating to confidentiality, data protection, service levels, and vendor security, are also available where applicable.

The documents required for a particular purchase may vary depending on the product, organization, and intended use.

If your organization requires specific documentation that is not currently available in the Trust Center, please contact Kaia Spec. Where reasonably possible, we will provide or discuss the information required for your organization’s review.

Transaction-specific terms stated in an accepted quotation, invoice, or individual agreement may supplement the general information provided in the Trust Center.
