Today’s Work

Today was one of those days where a lot of small documents slowly became something much bigger.

We started with a few empty pages in the Trust Center.

At first, they were just titles.

Then each page found its own purpose.

Some became about security.

Some became about legal information.

Some explained how we work with AI.

Some simply answered questions that people might ask in the future.

One thing I kept noticing was how often the question changed from “What should this page say?” to “What is this page for?”

That small change made the work much easier.

Once the purpose of a page became clear, the words almost organized themselves.

By the end of the day, the Trust Center no longer felt like a collection of policies.

It felt like the foundation of a company.

There is still plenty to build, but today was a good reminder that a company grows one small document at a time.

Now… I think both of us have earned a coffee.
